Terms of Service

Submitting the booking form sends us a request, not a confirmed reservation. Your booking is confirmed only once a member of our team contacts you (normally by WhatsApp) and confirms the date, party and price.

Prices shown on the site are indicative and per person. The final amount and the payment method are agreed with you directly. No payment is taken through this website.

Some stops carry a separate fee that the traveller pays on the day — for example a ropeway, cable car, chairlift, boat cruise or attraction entrance ticket. Where known, these are marked on the tour’s itinerary. Meals, personal expenses and optional activities are not included unless the tour page says otherwise.

You may cancel by contacting us. Refunds follow the cancellation policy stated on the tour page — typically a full refund for cancellations made more than a set number of hours before the start time, and no refund for later cancellations or no-shows.

The agreed itinerary is fixed. We cannot change the route or stops on the day to suit individual preferences. On a shared (group) trip, any change requested to the itinerary must be agreed by all travellers and may incur an additional charge.

AJAPANTRIP reserves the right to cancel, reschedule or modify a tour — including the vehicle, driver, route, stops or start time — where required for safety, weather, road or site conditions, events beyond our control, or insufficient bookings.

If we cancel a tour, you will be offered an alternative date or a full refund of the amount paid to AJAPANTRIP. Our liability is limited to that amount; we are not responsible for other costs you may incur, such as flights, accommodation or connecting travel.

• Arrive at your pickup point at least 5 minutes before the allotted time
• Follow the time slots and safety instructions given by our staff
• Wear comfortable shoes and clothing suitable for walking and the day’s weather
• Be considerate of the vehicle, the sites and your fellow travellers
• Carry any identification required, and arrange your own travel insurance — we strongly recommend it

You are responsible for keeping your login details secure. New customer accounts are reviewed by our team before they become active. We may suspend or close an account that is misused.

If you upload a photo to the guest gallery, you confirm you have the right to share it and you allow AJAPANTRIP to display it on the site. You can ask us to remove it at any time.

We take reasonable care in running our tours. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the tour in question. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

These terms are governed by the laws of Japan.
